Beach

The resort is set directly on a wide private beach of fine, white sand, in the exclusive area known as “Sardegna 2”, just a few steps from the protected Watamu Marine Reserve — considered one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline, safeguarded by the WWF. This area offers a truly unique natural spectacle thanks to the fascinating tidal phenomenon: during low tide, enchanting atolls emerge, forming natural pools of crystal-clear water, perfect for a relaxing swim.

For guests seeking the ultimate in comfort, the resort features an exclusive area with gazebos and futons, available at an additional charge, as well as a beachfront restaurant open by reservation. The beach bar, located right on the sand, serves snacks and refreshing drinks while offering spectacular views.

In this corner of paradise, guests can take part in a variety of sports activities such as beach volleyball and beach tennis, or simply unwind in the shade of the palm trees, lulled by the soothing sound of the waves.

Accomodation

The resort features 64 rooms, furnished in authentic African style, distributed across six elegant buildings surrounded by a lush tropical garden. All accommodations are equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a four-poster bed with mosquito net, satellite TV with the Italian channel Rai International, a minibar with daily bottled water, a safety deposit box, and a private terrace or veranda overlooking either the sea or the gardens. Bathrooms come with a hairdryer, available on request from reception.

There are two types of rooms available: Standard Rooms, which can accommodate up to four guests and feature a double bed alongside a single or bunk bed; and Side Sea View Rooms, which comfortably host two to three guests, offering a double bed and a single bed.

Restaurants

The Resort offers a varied and carefully curated dining experience, with two restaurants and two bars. The main restaurant, with buffet service, serves international dishes alongside African specialties, highlighted by a weekly Swahili dinner. Just a few steps from the beach, guests will find an à la carte restaurant, open by reservation — perfect for more intimate and exclusive dinners.

The culinary offering is completed by a beach bar, ideal for snacks and drinks throughout the day, and a main bar where guests can unwind with exotic cocktails while admiring the sunset over the ocean.

The resort’s cuisine emphasizes fresh, local ingredients, offering authentic flavors and recipes ranging from traditional African dishes to international favorites.

The package is Soft All Inclusive, which includes full board with buffet meals, water, soft drinks and beer at the main restaurant. Breakfast is served until 11:00 a.m. at the central bar. Unlimited consumption of water, soft drinks, tea and American coffee throughout the day. Tea time at 5:00 PM. with sweet and savoury snacks. All drinks are from dispensers or served by the glass. Foreign/domestic spirits and liqueurs, soft drinks and canned and/or bottled beverages, and anything not specifically mentioned in the Soft All Inclusive package are not included. 

Hard All Inclusive option available, which includes everything in the Soft All Inclusive package plus beer and a selection of local spirits from dispensers or served by the glass from 10:00 AM. to 10:00 PM. Supplement to be requested at the time of booking (mandatory for all occupants of the room aged 18 and over). 

For both options, the opening hours of restaurants/bars are at the discretion of the management.

Facilities and Services

To ensure comfort, relaxation, and entertainment throughout their stay, the resort offers a full range of services. The reception is open 24 hours a day, with concierge service and currency exchange always available. Guests can enjoy a meeting room, a TV lounge, and a boutique for shopping. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

The Resort also offers special dinners with dedicated menus served directly on the beach, available by reservation. For wellbeing, there is a massage center, beauty salon, and hairdresser, while medical assistance and laundry services are available to meet any needs.

An excursions and safari desk is on hand to help guests discover the region’s natural wonders. Cultural activities dedicated to Kenya include Swahili language courses, traditional cooking classes, dance lessons, and fashion shows featuring local attire. Guests can also visit the Jacaranda Primary School.

The magnificent swimming pool is the ideal spot to unwind while soaking in breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. Surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas, and a serene atmosphere, it’s perfect for both a refreshing dip and enjoying a drink by the poolside. Just nearby, guests can access a PADI Diving Centre, a water sports facility, and padel courts — ideal for those looking to embrace an active lifestyle and connect with nature.

Animation and Entertainment

The entertainment team, multilingual and made up of both local and international staff, ensures engaging activities for everyone. During the day, guests can choose from gentle options like morning stretches and yoga, or more energetic activities such as aqua aerobics, beach volleyball tournaments, and water polo. Evenings celebrate African culture with performances by acrobats, Masai and Giriama dancers, and a traditional market. Each week, the resort also hosts an exciting Beach Party and offers entertainment sessions featuring games and cabaret shows. For children aged 4 to 12, the Kids Club provides fun and safe activities in dedicated areas by the pool and on the beach, supervised by qualified staff.
